Shipping

All Items are shipped from the United Kingdom by Royal Mail.

We aim to post same day wherever possible. Items are shipped within 3 working days of cleared payment.

Buyers in the UK can expect the item to arrive in 5 days of Payment under normal postal conditions. This will be longer for overseas buyers who will receive their item within 7-15 days.
Items are packaged in layers of bubble wrap, wrapping paper and secure postage bags included in the cost of the item.

Upgrades
Postage upgrades, including first class, tracked service etc. are negotiable with me; in this case please contact me

If you wish to change the postage address after payment please contact me as soon as possible

I offer a personalised gift wrapped service on items above £10.00 at an extra £5.00 which includes:

Refunds
I offer a refund policy so that if you are not satisfied with the item I offer refunds within 28 days of purchase, items may be asked to be returned before refund is given (customer must provide shipping). Refunds will include the original postage cost.
Additional policies

ImpalaPrints are open to suggestions about new items or project ideas, (even shared projects). If you are interested in a more personalised item or specific print then there is scope for me to produce or locate something aligning with your interests.
